Yay it’s spring. That means more outdoor running and less treadmill running. Back in January I decide to bite the bullet and sign up for a half marathon.
Fast forward to today. Many many miles later I am only 6 weeks out from my half marathon and I feel like I am very ready for it. I have been taking a running course through Brainsport and it has been so helpful. Very trying at times.
I have become such a different runner then I was 3 months ago.
I love to run. It is making me happier and even though I don’t always see it, it’s making me much healthier.
My lungs are getting stronger, my legs are killer and I am less stressed.
This week is a rest week for me. Which means I will be running about 26km thoughout the week and then next week it’s back up to 44km.
