I am a stay at home farm mom. My husband and I have two young children. Farmfitpa works off the farm at a local mine. I stay home and take care of the day to day farm chores. We raise chickens for their eggs. We also have horses they are strictly for pleasure.
Living on and taking care of a farm is hard work and full of ways to make your body stronger.
I started this blog because I decided to train of a triathlon. I along with 60 women are taking part in a program called the Just tri it.
Its a couple years down the road from when I started blogging. I have gone on to run several 5km races as well as a 10km and a half marthon. I have done some strong women lifting, a bit of cross fit and a lots of at home workout.
